Do you provide legal advice?

No. we do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or client representation. All work is performed under attorney direction and supervision.

Do you communicate directly with clients?

Only if explicitly authorized by the supervising attorney and in compliance with ethical and professional responsibility rules. All substantive communication remains attorney-led.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes. Professional liability insurance is maintained for our paralegal services.

How do you maintain confidentiality?

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. Secure file handling, encrypted storage, and NDA agreements are available upon request.

What jurisdictions do you work in?

Services are provided remotely and tailored to your jurisdiction’s procedural rules and court requirements. Attorneys are responsible for jurisdiction-specific legal review and compliance.

How does onboarding work?

Onboarding includes:

How are services billed?

Billing options include:

  • Hourly rates

  • Flat-fee project pricing

Invoices are provided monthly with detailed time and task descriptions.

What are your rates? 

Rates depends on the type of work.

  • Premium service hourly contracts are billed at $75/hour. 

  • Administrative contracts are billed at $50/hour.

  • Flat-fee project pricing depends on the project. You will be given an estimate after a discovery call.

Yes. Long-term support agreements, overflow support, and contract-based engagements are available.
